Ayooo waddup it's yo gurllll, back with another skin care product review!

I'm going straight to the point.

I'm in love with Skin Food! ❤

Like, if Skin Food is a person, I would marry the heck out of it!

And all because of this one particular product...

You see, I'm quite a fair skinned person but because I love to do outdoor activities, I burnt my face...a lot...

And usually if I stay indoors for quite some time, I would become fair again.

But, living in a country that is scorching hot, and can potentially burn me like hell just by standing under direct sunlight for 2 minutes, it's not going to happen. 

Luckily, I found this rice mask by Skin Food.

The first time I wore this, I was shook!!

It brighten up my face! Well, maybe by a few percent hahaha

It doesn't dramatically make me fairer lah but it does it's thing.

Suitable for those that suffer kulit kusam like that. 

And it also smell damn nice lah. Not too overpowering. When applied, it gives off a thin layer of crushed rice beads and some sort of light moisturizer gel that you can rub on your face. The rice bead acts as a gentle scrub (Real gentle and safer for your skin)

All I can say is that this is worth the money. However, it might work for me but not for you so I advise you to search for more reviews, especially if you don't have the same skin type as I am. Maybe try and find some sample for you to try out...

(I'm writing this post at 2 a.m. in the morning so bertabahlah ya kalau ada salah-salah tu hahaha)

(Rupa dia dalam bekas. Macam yogurt pun ada bila tenung lama-lama. Tengah lapar pula tu sekarang hahaha)

Anyway, tiba-tiba rasa macam nak tulis post awal-awal pagi ni (Mata takmau lelap huhu) so teringin nak review this one specific product I bought masa first time try Hermo andddddddd

I'm loving this one! Every chance yang boleh pakai mask, I wear it. Lagi-lagi kalau student kan, bukan ada masa sangat so sambil-sambil menaip assignment or tengah-tengah stress memang pakai headband lepastu lumur benda ni kat muka (This or Innisfree clay mask tu)

Memang this one pun best pakai. Sejuk dia tuuuu menyamankan betul (Tak adalah tahap letak muka depan aircond but still...) and that, ada a bit tightening effect to it too so it's very comfortable to wear. 

But, this didn't come with a spatula too :( (I demand a spatula pleaseee)

However, texture dia macam whip cream but tebal sikit so senang nak lumur pakai brush. Dah memang macam pakai whip cream kat muka pun hahaha 

Kalau compare dengan Innisfree tu, I use the same brush every time nak pakai mask but clay mask tu memang susah sikit nak pakai guna brush. Dia padat so a bit harder to glide it onto your face compared to this egg white mask. 

(Bila dah lumur kat kulit. Ignore my tangan terbakar ya huhu)

Haaaa keypoint dia yang penting kat sini, is the smell. Bau dia bukan bau telur putih yang kuat. I'm not sure if ada ke tak bau telur putih tu (For me tak ada sebab dah biasa lumur telur putih kat muka and straight up telur putih kat muka lagi kuat bau dia). If jenis tak tahan bau telur putih, boleh pakai yang ni.

Though, if saya compare product ni dengan telur putih yang real, memang telur putih menanglah. Tightening effect telur putih lagi kuat, and 10x lagi menegangkan kulit. But, this product buat kulit jadi fluffy gilaaaaa. Telur putih takat tegangkan balik je kulit. 

And product ni still menegangkan but tak sekuat telur putih real so yeah, if jenis hardcore boleh lumur terus telur putih kat muka, better telur putih je but that is if nak kulit tegang. If yang tak tahan, belilah product ni, still work and kulit pun jadi floofff hahaha

(TINY WARNING! Bila mask ni dah kering and awak senyum or something, akan ada crack and holes like that. If awak tu tryophobia, yang gelikan lubang or crack banyak-banyak tu, bila dah rasa macam kering, terus je basuh. Tak perlu usya)

I cried my heart out every time I watch this gameplay. Lima kali tengok, lima kalilah menangis sampai basah bantal T.T The game is rpg story based so of course, like any normal rpg (Ib, Witch House, Mad Father), it's pixelated but yang penting storyline dia tu.

The storyline basically goes like this.

A company provides a dream altering service yang boleh tolong buat "mimpi jadi kenyataan", cumanya service ini untuk orang-orang yang dah atas deathbed and memerlukan service ini untuk tukar perjalanan hidup mereka secara bentuk mimpi before mereka mati so that, the last dying moment would be the altered version of the person's life. Maksudnya, before mereka mati and dalam keadaan koma, doktor yang handle service ini akan masuk ke dalam alam memori dan tolong ubahkan memori mereka.

So, it follows a dying character, yang dah awal-awal request dream-altering service ini. Dia ada satu je matlamat... Dia nak pergi bulan. So, doktor yang diupah kenalah buatkan seolah-olah yang si hampir mati ni dapat pergi bulan before dia pergi selama-lamanya. Bila doktor ini dah masuk alam mimpi and "kepala" lelaki ini, kat situlah bermulanya the sad and weeping journey where you'll cry a river no matter how many times you've watched it. 

Damn sad wehhhh sebab melibatkan seorang atuk tua, kehilangan dua orang tersayang and the most romantic backstory ever told. If I got enough alone time to watch the story again, I will definitely do it (Cumanya ada room mate lagi sorang, nanti kantoi mengongoi sorang-sorang atas katil T.T).

So, siapa yang tak suka jalan cerita cliche and nak out of the box but still touches on the family topic, this is one of the must watch rpg game.

I have found my holy grail!

This app Hermo is legit the best website for all your skin care needs and makeup, though it is limited to that.

I'm not sure if this app is available worldwide but it's here in Malaysia and it's better than using Lazada or Carousell and whatnot when it comes to finding stuff for your skin. 

The app sells a lot of products from a few different brands; the most prominent ones are from the US (Maybelline etc), Korea (Innisfree, Skin Food etc) and some of the few countries like Taiwan or Japan. 

And the best thing about this app is that they work fast, they ship the stuff within 2-3 days of working days. Lol and I've bought three times already within 2 weeks of trying this website XD

They also give you free small size samples of serum. I've received two Innisfree Green Tea serum and a blackhead BHA sample from a brand named Cosrx.

The interface is easy, there's ton of discounts and promotion (gerenti rambang mata) and all the stuff is original and you will receive everything in great condition (Unless the courier mess it up)

I freaking love this app and you should try it too☺ (FYI, I've bought from Hermo so many times now, sampaikan pekedai kat koperasi yang handle barangan post pun dah kenal. Dah tak payah tunjuk IC dah untuk identification lol and I've brought the box everywhere and I just saw so many Hermo box now and it's not even mine)

I am back ! 

Lol, funny how I've never do anything here on my blog other than that one weird post I did a few years back.

I tried doing reviews before but I didn't have the things worth reviewing back then (a broke ass kid, ya know) and now that I do have some money to buy, I wanted to share some of the things I find WORTH buying.

You see, consistency and I don't go along so well. Suffering from a syndrome called bought-it-but-end-up-not-using-it, I try my best to search the BEST and WORTH the hype, money and the time to use the product.

And I have found the BEST product I've used so far.

Lately I've been seeing how popular clay mask is, especially that moment when L'oréal just launched their new clay mask, though it isn't exactly a new thing as Korea's brands have tons of it. And because I'm always intrigued with Korean brands...

I bought myself Innisfree stuff, the brand I've always wanted to get my hands on (Because... Yoona bae)

I've bought Innisfree Super Volcanic Jeju Clay Mask and I legit am telling you that I am loving it so far!

A product that made me–a lazy non-consistent skin care lover jump with excitement. I've only been using it 3 times but there's been an immense change in my skin.

My skin type is combination skin and that combined with the scorching hot Malaysian weather, I'm always sweating and my face is an oil company and that if I collect all the oil from my skin, can boil chicken make fried chicken alreadyyy maaa

BUTTTT

When I use this product, my skin becomes soooo smooth, less oily and like, suddenly become so fluffy lol

I don't have major acne but I do in fact have whiteheads and it just clear it up. Like, lesser bumps and everything. I don't know how this clay mask do its thing but it's definitely working.

The smell is of mud or clay combined (?) But it def has this bit of a muddy smell but not so severe. In fact, it's like a bit of an addition to it, like, the smell is there but it won't bother anyone especially me, because I HATE strong smell (Guys' cologne especially. Pening bau)

The packaging is hella nice though. It gives off a spa-like aura where you can definitely see this on a shelf at a spa. The bottle is also cool and the amount of product is satisfying. You can definitely wear this for 40 times or more, if you know how to berjimat lah. But the one thing I'm not okay with this is that they don't provide you a spatula :( ( I ❤ meself some spatula please)

But overall, I'm loving this. And I can definitely see people with oily face or combination loving this. Not to forget people with sensitive skin can also use this as the product; when worn, is not as drying, has this some sort of a cooling sensation and doesn't crack as much. Though, with all clay masks, it's better not to wear it more than the 15-20 minutes mark (def will over dry your face)

That's all I can talk about with this product. I hope in some ways, it'll help you. I'll provide some of the details down below.

Effect: Modifying, Pore care, Refreshing, Anti acne, pore minimizing, pore tightening

How to use (2 ways):

1. After cleansing, gently apply toner on your face to even out your skin texture. Then, apply the mask over the entire face, avoiding your eyes and lips areas. After 10 minutes, rinse off the mask with lukewarm water. (This is the method I used as it's more of a saving attempt - I'm a broke ass student , benda mahal pula tu huhu)

2. Mix super volcanic clay mask and Jeju volcanic pore cleansing foam in ratio of 1:1 and apply it onto the face. After 5 minutes, add a little bit of water and massage it. (This one will probably be better but if you're a student like me, this method finishes the product faster, unless you cleanse and use the clay mask once a week like that)

I mean, let's face it, it's a mask and wearing skin care mask is kind of a relieve and relaxing. Great for those stressed out student (Again... me) who is facing their assignments and such.
